A major segment of my Law Firm\u2019s work is its focus on constitutional law and human rights issues in Hungary. In this respect, it also seeks to offer assistance to other lawyers and law offices who do not specialise in public law but who have clients with cases that raise such issues. This includes submitting claims and motions to the Constitutional Court, filing complaints with the ECHR, solving any other issues requiring a public law approach and drafting related memoranda.
